Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree . . . .
. . . so many Christmas Trees!!
This year, for the first time ever, we went to a tree farm to cut down our tree. We went the day after Thanksgiving and it was unseasonably warm, but oh so lovely. In fact, the month of December thus far has felt like an early spring. It's a bit hard to get into the Christmas spirit with the mild temperatures but, honestly I don't mind. Snow will eventually come and until then, I will enjoy seeing the grass, outdoor runs, no hats, gloves or boots!
I don't know why we never cut down our own tree before! It is so fresh and smells wonderful! Finley actually helped Chris cut it down and it looks beautiful. I think this is something we will be doing every year!
We also took a little visit to see the big guy. Never to old for mom to get a picture with Santa!
Speaking of the big guy, his little buddies are back to keep an eye on the littles until Christmas! Elfie and Brynn have been up to lots of fun things!
